Tiffany Commons Concept Plan

Project Overview

Developed a conceptual visual plan for the Tiffany Commons at Evergreen Brickworks, located in Toronto’s Don Valley. The design aimed to enhance community gathering, improve pedestrian flow, and integrate green infrastructure into the urban fabric.

Outcomes

The study provided comprehensive recommendations for balanced urban growth that respects the area's heritage while accommodating future population increases. Key findings included strategies for transit-oriented development, green space preservation, and mixed-use zoning to create a more vibrant, walkable community.
