Project Overview

Developed a floor plan for a five-storey residential building, incorporating units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Ensured compliance with the Building Code, Land Use Bylaw (LUB), and Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS), and integrated resident amenities into the design.
