Multi-Parcel Site Plan

Project Overview

Currently used as a parking lot in Dartmouth, NS, I designed a site plan for the development of multiple PID’s aimed at enhancing community vibrancy and functionality. The proposed plan integrates commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings, emphasizing walkability, connectivity, and public space activation, while ensuring alignment with local planning policies and zoning regulations.

Key Objectives

• Assess current land use patterns and zoning regulations
• Identify opportunities for increased density while maintaining neighborhood character
• Develop recommendations for sustainable urban development

Outcomes

The study provided comprehensive recommendations for balanced urban growth that respects the area's heritage while accommodating future population increases.
