URBAN REDEVELOPMENT - SITE PLANNING
Comprehensive site planning proposal for the redevelopment of underutilized parcels (PIDs: 00108902, 40497836, 40879512, 00108951) currently functioning as surface parking in downtown Dartmouth. The design framework integrates mixed-use development principles with transit-oriented design strategies, incorporating commercial, residential, and institutional uses. The proposal emphasizes pedestrian connectivity, active transportation infrastructure, and public realm improvements while ensuring compliance with municipal planning policies, zoning bylaws, and design guidelines. Key features include ground-floor commercial activation, mid-rise residential density, and strategic open space programming to enhance neighborhood vibrancy and support community-building objectives.

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS
SPATIAL ANALYSIS & MAPPING
Developed comprehensive spatial analysis examining live-work-visit patterns using destination management area (DMA) methodology. Applied kernel density analysis and network analysis tools to visualize activity concentration and accessibility patterns.
Created temporal comparison maps documenting built environment transformation over 50-year period. Utilized historical aerial photography, digitization techniques, and change detection analysis to quantify campus expansion and densification patterns.


3D VISUALIZATION & CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Developed comprehensive 3D conceptual design for public space redevelopment at Evergreen Brickworks within Toronto's Lower Don Lands revitalization area. The proposal addresses complex site conditions including flood resilience, heritage preservation, and ecological restoration objectives. Design interventions focus on creating flexible community gathering spaces, enhancing multi-modal circulation networks, and integrating green infrastructure systems. The visualization demonstrates massing relationships, view corridors, and spatial programming strategies that support year-round activation while respecting the site's industrial heritage and environmental sensitivity. Particular attention was given to universal accessibility, stormwater management integration, and connections to the broader Don River trail system.
